Yes it was. Still trying to cut down to make just for 2 but I think I got the flavours right. Gave OH noodles with his but I never took anything else.

I really feel the cold now LG. I'm typing this wearing a cotton top, jumper, gilet, and with a fleecy blanket over my knees :-)

The final gain was 6.2lb over the last week. It is on the way back down but I’m going to have our Easter treats this week so it’s done and I can get back on plan instead of delaying til next weekend.

Do you know what caused the gain GM? if you do that is half the battle. Enjoy your treats we all need them sometime.

Hope you're ok LG and not coming down with something. I couldn't regulate my temperature last night, fleece on too hot, take it off too cold. Settled on fleece off and over my shoulders.

A few carbs each day, gg - garlic bread, a glass of port, chinese takeaway, some chocolate. Not large amounts, so it isn't fat, but something everyday. The effect is the opposite of the first week of going low carb, when there is a large weight drop.

you body must be really sensitive to carbs, that would kill me. I'm sure you'll get back on it, you've done so well lately with weight loss and all this extra running.

That said if I sneak too many garlic breads, crisps and wine in the weight creeps back on. It would be so nice to have a metabolism that plays nice with tasty foods πŸ˜‚
