I went through my phone address book over Christmas and removed people I no longer knew, or who had moved. Including a fair few people I’ve been on dates with-thankfully I’d put the dating site with their name otherwise I’d have wondered who ‘eric’ or ‘andrew’ were 😂

Two? One was mine and one my mums which I still had

I'm re-cluttering at an alarming rate. The good news is that I can see what needs to go, and how to organise what's left, and it will only be a matter of time before the days are light enough for my energy levels to go up.

Decluttering a bunch of old suits to a specific charity, lots of room in the wardrobe now because the unsuitable ones can go to charity or textile recycling I reckon.

I have tried on-line selling for the first time recently. No luck with sofa, but we did sell it to a secondhand shop, however someone is 8nterested in my tv stand. I am stupidly happy about this and can see that it could become addictive.

For furniture and larger items I found Facebook was good, especially if you need a quick turnaround. But the flip side was things had to be pretty cheap.

Yes the sofa and armchair didn’t go, but up to about £25 seems to sell, espcially if people feel it is a bargain. Hopefully getting rid of tv stand later today, next up our old handheld dyson.

I've never bothered trying to sell stuff because it always seemed to be too much of a faff. You're making me thing differently!
Mr Woo and I have emptied all the shelves above the hanging rails in our wardrobes and had a good sort out. We now have 2 huge piles of clothes that we don't want anymore. I will take some to the charity shop and put some in the recycle bin. So nice not to have the shelves stuffed full of stuff and not be able to find anything!
