I'm getting paranoid about checking in - I've checked at least 3 times that my 9am run has been entered ๐Ÿคฃ

F'Lap 3 done.

Late starting due to weird beta-alinine reaction, but I didn't give up!

Cheekyโ€™s Dad
Off the mark with 2 miles run/walk with the dogs. Wet and COLD out there. Did I oversleep and wake up in October?

Iโ€™m done, 9 5K flaps is enough for one day.

Might see how Iโ€™m doing for time / if I feel like walking a mile after breakfast - but my running is over.

even though it was already 26ยฐC at the fourth 5k, it felt good ... except for the sharp pain in my right foot (which I injured 1 year ago) when I had to swerve out of the way of a speeding car and stepped into a hole in the tarmac ... I think I'll give the foot some rest now ;)

Okay, six laps done, plus an extra 2km to make marathon distance and I'm saying that's me done.

Maintained by fetcheveryone
I thought it'd be good to have a thread for discussing F'Laps 2024 (Date 6th July 2024). Follow this thread if interested.

The Rules
1) You must run or walk your chosen distance (a choice of 4.167 miles, 5k, 2 miles or 1 mile) within each hour e.g. 9-9.59am, 10-10.59am, 11-11.59am.
2) Each participant must visit Fetch and hit the "Completed it mate!" link before the hour ends: fetcheveryone.com/flaps-checkin.php
3) If you're finding it too much, you can drop down to a shorter distance, or tap out.
4) The winner is the last person standing in each distance category.
5) You can participate on your own, or get together with other Fetchies.
