I’m currently waiting for a bus (that is allowed right?) assuming it is on time I should get to a park in time to run 5K before 9, and then another at 9 - at which point I’ll probably call it a day.

Good luck everyone, I will start much later today, husband booked a visit to see a man about a kitchen proving he doesn't listen when I outline my running plans. As a penance he has volunteered to run a few miles with me.

Did lap 1 a bit earlier then a nice wake me up shower (still a tad tired from all night electioning) and shortly heading down to park run for lap 2 then park run is 3rd one, sticking a walk in to get past 10am then another 2+ miles for lap 4.

Laps 5 and 6 will be straddling noon with maybe a short walk between to pass the time partly to create space for some food otherwise known as the other half last nights 12 inch pizza maskerading as breakfast. Don't tell my mother i had pizza for brekkie ;)

If it's around noon then surely it's 'brunch' and therefore classy, @kstuart ?
Also should be accompanied by a glass of bubbly.

I thought it'd be good to have a thread for discussing F'Laps 2024 (Date 6th July 2024). Follow this thread if interested.

The Rules
1) You must run or walk your chosen distance (a choice of 4.167 miles, 5k, 2 miles or 1 mile) within each hour e.g. 9-9.59am, 10-10.59am, 11-11.59am.
2) Each participant must visit Fetch and hit the "Completed it mate!" link before the hour ends: fetcheveryone.com/flaps-checkin.php
3) If you're finding it too much, you can drop down to a shorter distance, or tap out.
4) The winner is the last person standing in each distance category.
5) You can participate on your own, or get together with other Fetchies.
