Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Laps 2-4 done, Park run was fastest of year too albeit i could go better just body too tired from last few days to allow it. Will have another bash at Park run next week see if i can go faster still with a rested body.

As i am tired and it was more of an effort than it really should be for finishing off Lap 4 i'll stop here and maybe go out on my new bike later on instead. Need to be reasonable fine for a good hour odd's run tomorrow as i need to get some training in.

Laps 5 and 6 done

Had a running buddy for #5 again but solo on #6 made it tough.
Having never run further than a marathon, I'm heading into uncharted waters with the next lap.

(Definitely not doing 12; that was very naïve)

Bad luck TBR. I have a mortal dread of doing the same thing

Great idea re: McDonalds. Just polished off a sausage McMuffin, and now a black coffee before venturing out into the rain again after the hour passes!

Might see how many blue circles I can get locally in a single day. I’ve also been collecting Rundle digits on my travels.

Thanks @fetcheveryone. I had a stretch goal of 3 laps but 7 was out of this world. Have been struggling to keep up with the mascot on the virtual running challenge but now I am 39.8km (24.7mi) ahead of it!

57.5 Degrees of Pain
Bah did my second lap and clock clicked to 11 as I checked in. So one lap logged and two laps run. At least I can be lazy now.

I was so paranoid about this happening. I checked multiple times to make sure ai had done it (my memory was getting worse and worse as I ran more and more). Good luck on continuing. 🙂

F'Lap 4 learning point: it IS always worth double-knotting your trainers, even if you are only running a mile, especially when it's so cold and wet out there!
