I have another newt PB. A genuine one this time, for I did the Mad March Virtual 4k a few seconds faster today than on the same day last year, on the same course.

Thanks! I'm pleased that I got myself out there and did it, because I was trying to talk myself out of it earlier this morning. Had to kick my own  and ask myself if I was scared of running hard for just 20 minutes.

Hi jinglers 
A reasonably long planned newt for me today, rather than getting the tram to Brussels midi I took my folding bike, which I shall now take with me on the trains back to Neerpelt so that I could bike from there to home (only about 9k) rather than Sam having to pick me up.
As it happens, Sam will pick me and the bike up from neerpelt today because otherwise I'll be late for rugby.
But on Tuesday I will be able to bike to the station to get trains back to Brussels :D

Dio!!! A new puppy and new sofas. In the same week!!! I'd advise not letting the puppy in the room the sofas are in until at least the point where they are no longer new and someone has already a) put their feet while wearing dirty shoes on them and b) spilt something (red wine is a good one or strong coffee) on them. At that point the puppy can't really do anything worse!

Good newts again today
Love the sofa,  keeping the puppy off!
Also have a new fake PB with the virtual 4k. It gets me my fist WAVA over 50 for the year, if I’m going to care about WAVA I should “race” on the road more often
Have also just booked a cottage for a week in June, somewhere near Llandudno ish for a Newt destination for a family holiday.

New ballet class today - number three of the initial eight. New position for starting blocks yesterday. Must not confuse ballet and sprinting.
