I errrr... Did my first ablutions in my newt loo in my newt building today 😎
I have cleaned the loo but the floor needs more work to get clean...
Workshop/prep area now also clean. Dishwasher run for the first time too :) electric towel rail on to dry tea towels. Never thought cleaning would be this exciting!

I can relate Hann!

I recently bought a newt cordless hoover and really enjoy seeing how much it’s picking up πŸ˜‚

Lol Jelly! I got a newt hoover about 5/6 months ago and it was AMAZING! So much better at picking up the cat hair than the last one. I am much quicker, the machine is lighter and easier to use and the house is cleaner!

We have visited a pub that we used to go to quite a lot but haven't been to since last summer and I had a dish from the menu that I have never had before. Not much of a newt but the best I could do today.

My Newt for today was doing an interval session while on holiday. It was surprisingly good fun! πŸ€ͺ🀣

I feel that HappyG(rrr) dropped a heavy enough hint yesterday morning that nothing would eclipse the furry bundle of joy that is Ruby the pup.

Therefore (another executive decision) step forward Diogenes and pick your favourite Newt from the recent - or even not so recent - past. No rush.

Thanks Sharkie,

I'm choosing poppyH for not only swimming for four days in a row for the first time, but doing it in the snow as well.

Scary newt for me today: I've signed up with the dental practice the rest of my family go to and booked my first check-up for at least 10 years. That's in May.

About This Thread

Maintained by Sharkie
Most of you know the score. Much in the bizarre way Easter has come to mean Chocolate, Lent is mainly thought of as an opportunity to Give Up Chocolate. At least until Easter. You know what I mean, 'What are you giving up for Lent?' * I say NO to this. Away with the hair shirts and the deprivation. Let's embrace change and the NEW. Spring is a time of renewal - and restoration.

Soooooo..... you don't have to take up indoor sky diving like my partner's 90 year old mot...
