Planting Newt roses for my clients. We have only had them since November 🙄 but the bed gets waterlogged in winter. They happily survived heeled in in the compost heap ☺️

Despite having written a blog claiming to be no good with numbers I have for the first time EVER got all my work invoices up to date for today in order to be up to date for the end of the tax year. I had to make sure I sent them out this afternoon so that my clients who are used to my usual late invoices didn't think it was an April Fool!

My newt today was a new boiler, yay! Warm house! And I went to uni for a do, that was the first time I've been there (other than my graduation) since I cleared my desk in February 2020. Seems like a different century

Most of you know the score. Much in the bizarre way Easter has come to mean Chocolate, Lent is mainly thought of as an opportunity to Give Up Chocolate. At least until Easter. You know what I mean, 'What are you giving up for Lent?' * I say NO to this. Away with the hair shirts and the deprivation. Let's embrace change and the NEW. Spring is a time of renewal - and restoration.
