hp, I wouldn't want to lose more than 5kg though. Lower than that and I'll look like a skeleton. My weight doesn't really fluctuate all that much.

I've finally picked up my new (used) car!. Tyre pressure light came on on the way home though which was less pleasing!

Sorry EP.

Newt walk in Virginia water with the parents today. Not been there before. Good to catch up, it's not been an easy few weeks. We did 5 miles of walking and talking!

Another pole newt- I've been trying a particular move for weeks and really struggled. Tonight it all came together and I nailed it :-) I couldn't stop smiling.

This makes it look easy but it's taken me the best part of 6 weeks to get my leg off the floor, never mind straighten it.
