Clueless re lyrics ...

Well done everyone braving the heat 🥵 🔥

I was out on the bike early picking some blackberries. Then I made jam and went for a run around 9ish. Temps were just about still OK 23 I think).

Now hiding inside the house but we're out later this afternoon for a Space 🚀👩‍🚀 themed garden party. Luckily I chose a fantasy costume consisting of a rockabilly style dress with planets and galaxies and silver sandals.

What: a little over 8k
Why: consistency
Last hard: sleeping

Lyrics - not a clue
What - longish run, split in two - a few miles before the group run (I ended up with a bit over 8 in total)
Why - not running tomorrow so getting the long run ticked off
Last hard - today! It was rather warm
Last rest - yesterday (although I did do a 40 minute swim)

What - parkrun this morning. I was tailwalker today. Might have another walk later depending on the weather.

Why - keeping up my quota of volunteering stints.
Last hard - long run on Thursday.

Last easy - recovery run yesterday.

Afternoon!

What: 25 minute aquajog including 8 x one minute harder off one minute easy

Why: trying to push the heart rate up which I find difficult in the water. Ave 100, max117, both the highest since February.

Lyrics - no again

What -17.5 miles with 2 lots of 3 miles at half marathon pace with 3 mins recovery between each then after another 3 mins recovery 3 miles at marathon pace. Bit warm and humid

Why - half in September full marathon in November
Last hard - today
Last rest - yesterday
