After a lot of searching found my head torch which had been hiding in plain sight! Will need it next sat if towards back of the field. May or may not get COVID Jag this afternoon...sent an appointment but prob because was NHS worker and they didn't realise I'd retired. But if still on offer will have it.

Lyrics - no what - 8 x1k supposedly easy run with 90s walks (pace was, hr didn't agree) why - decided on this ratio to build up longer runs gardening next whilst the sun is shining

Some some Christmas cake preparation instead! Peter meanwhile is fully jagged! Tough sessions as usual Dustin! Now to sort out some old shoes for a shoeshare Malawi donation at Jedburgh!

Not happy sick of this crappy disease, it takes no prisoners. Need to clear my head now... Take care
