Alcohol consumption much the same here so not much at all. Having returned from an all inclusive cruise days before lockdown I have been monitoring my weight closely and making sure to exercise despite the absence of my usual classes. Not quite pre-holiday weight but good enough.

I do think baking has become a lockdown 'thing'. My daughter is in the middle of making her very first croissants and I have made a few things too. Trouble is making stuff conflicts with the weight management side of things. Good job I am still going out to work.

I’m doing 4 strength and conditioning classes a week sometimes an extra yoga type workout too, running 4-5 times and walking at least 3 times a week (circa 3-6 miles). I’m eating much better and have lost 4lb this month not much but since November I’m 13lb down.

Just to sort my new work area out here then I’ll be happy with zero commute.

I dont weigh for ED reasons

I'm eating much less crap. I have to plan to buy it...we have access to limited crisps at work and there is no chocolate unless someone brings any in.
Running 3 miles mininum a day
Yoga twice a week.
Eating a lot of salad and fruit
Pretty sure I've gained weight tho.
Which will be no marathons to offset the booze

I have to be very careful on dieting as I can become obsessive but I’m coping at the moment even went a few days without weighing. It’s not the best way to tell anyway my jeans are literally falling off and were too tight this time last year so that works for me but a bit more focus is helping.

You must be missing your marathons Hipps but you’ll be back xx

gg - that's a lot more exercise than me!

I really don't have time for anything but work on those days. Leave home by 6.30 am, home around 8.30 pm and bed by 10 if working next day.

I usually manage to 'run' on two weekdays and do 6 - 9 miles usually.

Tried online yoga classes but tbh don't really feel the love after a run earlier in the day and haven't tried any other classes although my gym does have them

Food intake is similar to usual but with the challenge of goodies that appear on the ward from colleagues or donations. I managed to refuse a chocolate when offered the box to choose from this week but struggled once a few were left loose on the desk. I did however discover it is very difficult to chew a caramel when wearing a mask.

Too Much Water
Hope to lose weight as gone down to one meal a day to eke out the food I have as long as possible as budgeting £70 / month for food and that doesn’t go very far.

Decided to go off social media as lots of people posting pics of BBQs / drinking etc due to the weather isn’t helping much.

I am only able as I’m working from home it does mean the housework still doesn’t get done through. Oh and that I’ve not been able to socialise that is starting to relax though it seems.

TMW I really feel for you and hope you get some support soon.
