PH - I know I certainly am eating more (and frankly I needed to lose weight even before lockdown), and whilst I'm not drinking excessively, I'm definitely drinking more - we used to very rarely drink at home, and many weeks with being busy with work, running club training nights, races etc, I would often go for weeks without drinking any alcohol. We're not drinking every night, but we are having a beer or a gin on a few nights a week now.

Folk seem to be doing more baking, they must be as there is no flour to be seen by me when I go shopping.

With regard to drinking, I probably had more wine than I would normally have because I had no where to drive to or from and it was something to do, now I am sticking to a couple of nights a week.

I am definitely drinking more in the house but we’re obviously not going out, so if I added in all drinking options in reality we may be no worse maybe slightly better.

Eating much healthier my temptation was always at work and out and about I've managed to lose a few lbs too.

I am also able to fit in more consistent exercise with no commute. So I think overall I’m not doing bad.

I had heard that of other food producers my friend worked for KP many years ago she was sick of pretzels by time she left. I miss the cheap purchases she could get 😂 I’m not so restrained with savoury.
