That’s awful, TMW!

Mr Ness and I are about the same weight. We might be eating a bit more but exercising more. Our food bill seems to have gone down now we’re shopping more at Aldi. Our alcohol consumption is about the same.

TMW - that is a tight budget, as others have said, do consider a food bank there has been a new one set up locally here too.

EP - turbo work should burn calories in lieu of the walking - unless you were doing a lot of walking plus the turbo before?

I always bake but getting ingredients is definitely difficult at the moment (and I need gf flour, I think people buy it when the ordinary runs out which is frustrating as I don't have the option of using ordinary stuff).

Are the hotel meals better now Hipps?

That's good Hipps but I guess options are still limited and it's not the same as being able to cook - I don't like not being in charge of my own food.

Yeah. I think this is my issue LMH. First world problems.

The bus driver made a joke tonight about the bus no longer going to my hotel.
Told me Haha...not to get my knickers in a twist.

I was really upset.
Guess my resilience is right down...but why do that
I cried in my room after. I know I should have called him out on it.

I think everyone's resilience is low Hipps - or at least those of us that have been trying to do the right thing throughout. No point in calling him out - you'd just have been wasting your breath, some people just don't get it. I hope you get a break soon.

Yeah I guess but maybe if I had he would not have done it to another person.

Anyway..first world issues and all. It's small print compared to everything else

I've got a couple of bags of GF flour that Ocado thought would be a good substitute for what I did order - and then refused to take back, not charging me for them. I'd post, but it'd cost more than the flour is worth :(
