Rosehip - I agree it's not worth risking your seeing your mum.

My dh had COVID a couple of weeks ago. We had minimal contact and slept in separate rooms as soon as he tested positive, but not before that. Remarkably I didn't get it (no symptoms and a negative test). So it's not a given that you'll get it.

Rosehip Probably best not to, or to both wear an excellent mask. Look for FFP2/3 or N95/99.

The ones I get from Amazon are: Handanhy Non-Valved FFP3 Face Masks, not cheap at about £3 each, but you should get about 8 hours use out of one.

(I have boxes of good masks, Eldest’s workplace gave them 100s in an attempt to keep them working through the early waves)
If I’m still -ve and symptom free tomorrow I’ll pop up and stay in the garden, she has plenty of gardening for me to do. Will leave the housework for my sister :)

We were supposed to be taking MiL to a funeral on Friday, but that is also too risky.

My brother has caught it again. I have heard of a few round this way with it...I'm keeping out of everyone's way as I feel I'm only getting over the 1st time nearly two years ago.

People succumbing here too. I wasn't terrible at the time but think it took me nearly three months to shake off the lethargy

At least one person at the wedding on Saturday has since tested positive. I’m currently well and had a negative test thankfully
