It would seem that Scotland is about 2 weeks behind England on easing the restrictions, I do prefer a cautious approach and I know it’s not easy when folks are worried about their jobs.
I won’t be rushing to the shops when they reopen although I could do with new running shoes.
i think the future could have further localised aspects to releasing the lockdown as the numbers come down but pockets of virus occur, so the difference in the devolved governments could seem more normal then.
I'm not concerned - always saw the approach as similar to R&D (like vaccine or treatment research), best to cover as many options as possible. If one fails, or one proves better, no great loss overall.
Night owl. I want to reply to your Nicola comment but that’s not for this thread. What I will say is That way back in the early days she published an exit strategy long before Boris. But now she is taking a slower approach.
Go there if you want to talk about whether it's real, whether the government are trying to control us, etc, etc.
