You're not hijacking - discussion is brilliant. 75% is fine for now. Just do what feels ok and with a bit of luck (and practice) stuff will get easier.
I'm going to do Day 2 soon and will check out any issues I think you might have.

I'll let it percolate in my head while I'm on my run in a bit...
Something for you to play with:
--Start in table top (hands and knees as if going to do cat/cow)
--then slowly ease/drop butt back towards your heels into extended child's pose (arms still out in front of you).
--Stop when your arms/shoulders start complaining. Or get used to the sensation...to enable the fascia and scar tissue to slowly ease off. Note not pain or sharp feeling, just resistance.
--Mark it and use it as a starting position, then slowly work on it a little each day to see if you can go a little further down by tiny degrees.

That's really helpful, thanks, Garfield. And quite similar to what the physio suggested, which was to put my hands on a desk and walk backwards.

Great, Garfield!
I find extended child's pose easy enough to do but can REALLY feel it if that makes sense? Unlike folded child's pose which is all curled up and restful.

I love flowy so looking forward to doing day 2 later. It’s really helpful to have such knowledgable and experience folks around here.

Day 2 done here and it was as good as ever. Various sections are far more strenuous than expected but it's better that than finding it easy. Why do I find it so difficult to have prolonged weight on my wrists and why do I always find Downward Dog tiringly difficult? Is this to be expected or is it just me?
