I'm also noticing my boobs more! Downward folds etc and I can't see/breath!! HAHAHA

I'm hoping this will help with the ironman training - 29 weeks and 2 days to go eck

Katie I don't think I have ever really been a cross leg girl since I was a gymnast at school tbh

was actually considering a 2nd set of blocks and a proper bolster

Just use a folded blanket or pillow maybe? It’s taken quite a bit of time (5years) for me to manage cross legged and I still use my block or a blanket if my hips are stiff.

Day 2 done. As Sharkie says, it’s quite flowy. 28 mins went by quickly.

Done day 1. Found it hard on the arms and can't raise arms above head which is a but frustrating.

Is that because of your shoulder, Linds? Or are you a bit beasted from much climbing? Do you mean specifically ABOVE your head? if so then I guess as far as is comfortable (plus an incey bit of stretch) is fine.

Yes shoulder. Can't raise left arm v high at all and cannot do downward dog under any circumstances. Grrr.

Not sure why hard on arms. Have not climbed since Tues.

Can't do big expansive grateful stretches with beachball over head or similar. Just can't.

Oh yes and found the plank with rounded shoulders v odd.

Nice practice, though. It's me, not the yoga.

In January 2016 fraggle decided to follow Adriene (of Yoga with Adriene fame -only she wasn't 'quite' so famous back then). It was the start of Adriene's second 30 Days of Yoga and fraggle started a thread and asked anyone interested to join in. I did, I completed the 30 days and I got a PB fpr my 60 metres at the end of it so it was certainly not detrimental....

ANYWAY
