Soozie my dog has his own yoga mat. Well it’s a bit of vet bed really but he lies on it whilst I do my yoga.
I have a feeling that the session lengths work well with days of the week based on starting on 1st. I think longer ones tend to fall at the weekend. I might be completely wrong though.

All that sitting cross legged at the start was a stretch for me. That said, a year ago I'd have fallen over backwards half way through...

I've never found sitting crosslegged remotely difficult *brags*. Sitting STILL - and breathing - however is a different story *sighs*.

I've taken a sneaky peeky at Day Two - looks nice, not too difficult but a lot more flowing than Day One and with some precious back extensions (hurrah!) I will still do my S&C work first though - just a 28 minute Upper body and core HIIT session. Get that done and dusted then I can.... INTEND!

No pix, you are a wee bit out of practice - that's all that needs saying! x

It really doesn’t matter how you sit, with a big pillow or yoga block under your bum, legs out or on a chair. All good.

can anyone sit happily on those blocks? All the ones I've seen are unnecessarily small
