Thanks Mister B. That's really useful. I am going to get it all set up for me at Tri and Run so I will let them know about my knee. I don't really know anything about sport cycling. I used to do a lot of day rides etc on a tourer but then didn't touch a bike for 5 years until last Summer. I am looking forward to rediscovering it :-)

Queen Toks!! Hey you! Ahh nothing's happened - it's just that I am in Oz and my bike is in London...so it's a little hard to reach it! So far I have found no other bike that compares to mine :-(

Hey TC! I am really well thanks hun...I'm in 'sunny' Byron Bay (it's not sunny at all!) and loving Australia. Off to NZ in a few days and hopefully will be able to do some biking out there - if not I can wait until I get home...

How's you?!

Blow me down! I was thinking about you Booboo, only earlier today, wondering where you were, if you were enjoying yourself and when you are due back :-)

Re cycling and knees: be careful when you set yourself up with cleats. I initially got knee problems on the bike being clipped in, whil I never did before I started using those clip pedals. It trsnapired that the cleast were put under my shoes streight, but I actually point my feet out slightly while cycling. The feet were forced in, the knees came under strain and bingo! Knee problems. I have now set the cleats to allow my toes to stick out and no prblems anymore!
