Lovely looking cake! I usually use gram flour in onion bhajis and veggy burgers, it hadn't occurred to me to use it in baking. |

I did actually buy the flour for courgette pakoras, but like I said, it was such a massive bag. Mind you, the pakoras were lovely and I must make them again. Hope the cake is going well at work, rb. |

The cake went down very well at work apart from one person who said it was nice but too sweet. He won't be offered any more cake!
