I made another “miracle”. A slightly better shape than the last one, but I still forgot to slash it! And it caught a tiny bit on the top. Getting better though. |

Mini Nico's foccacia. Made one mid week, left half the dough to "ferment" in the fridge. Seems to have worked 😁 |
