not so sure about wasting gorgeous Wensleydale in scones! maybe a chunk of it on a plain scone, but not cooked!

They look good DT.
To my surprise the ginger and pear polenta cake was a hit with my OH - I didn't think it would be sweet enough for him though the drizzle is in fact a glaze which may have helped.

Question: do you think I can freeze vegan millionaire's shortbread? No one in my house likes it and there's a lot. I like it, but for my own health and waistline I can't get through it. I've also still go half a lemon drizzle on the go. And failed meringues.
