It's difficult to find gf veggie suet and I don't have the patience for steamed puddings so not one I shall be making any time soon. Looks nice though.

OH is from Sussex (the East bit - Hastings!) so I guess he might have had it growing up. It's exactly the kind of thing he'd love and I hate: stodgy and sweet. Apparently there are marmalade digestives too DT! |
