It looks really dry and I thought I'd overbaked it but it tastes AMAZING. I have to admit to putting butter on it because I thought it was dry, but it's really not. Thank you LMH

Latest was crumpets (do they class as baking?) OMG why did I not try this years ago? Super easy so so nice. I have to resist making them every day hahaha.

It has the advantage of being imminently adaptable fruit wise too. I've just told mark off for putting butter on his tea bread without trying it first to see if it needed it
