I think you'll be able to slice it ok by then. 1600hrs tends to be cake time here - important to keep a good routine going

It is. How long do you usually bake yours for? Mine's had 30 mins and is nice and crusty but not firm to the touch. My oven is usually hot so I've turned it down a bit.

My oven is rubbish so I usually need to cook everything for longer - I just cover the top if it's browning too much and take it out when a skewer comes out clean. The size of the cup you use will dictate how much mixture you have too of course so yours may be different to mine.
