Wobbling
MrW adds a bit of vanilla essence to his scones, it's the HFW recipe, very nice. He made profiteroles today, very good. |

CAn anyone help with a good dairy free cake/traybake recipe? Someone has requested a (cows) dairy free option at my bake sale this week so I need something that everybody will want but satisfys my colleagues dairy free needs. Ive spent agaes looking online but everything falls into lemon drizzle, flapjack or chocolate cake brackets (already being made)

pfeffernusse as made by Breadandbikes - recipe is fat free breadandbikes.wordpress.com but you can put choc on the bottom and some icing on the top. Not cake/traybake but I made 30 out of this recipe |

Wow, that's fab I made banana cake (old family recipe) yesterday and pancakes for brekkie this morning. My friend was visiting and gave them the seal of approval. She also asked for the recipe for my curry. |
