My baking tins are being delivered in the next hour so I'll be able to make Brownies properly and tray bakes.
I used to bake a lot but it ground to a halt over the years and as baking tins have got past their best, I've binned them but not replaced the ones I hadn't used for a while. I've plenty of round cake tins, loaf tins and large baking sheets but no smaller baking trays - until this morning :)
I was able to get eggs yesterday so have full baking store cupboard. I feel dizzy with excitement 😁

WS - I have a 500g pack from Amazon, would you like me to send you some?

I acquired several round cake tins when we closed school. I tidied the tin cupboard yesterday and now have a pile of older ones, I think they will all find new uses in the garden :)

(the one website I am steering well clear of at the moment is Lakeland - I can imagine suddenly "needing" all sorts of baking paraphernalia!)

I thought I'd be safe on the the Procook site, RH, but it was so lovely there I found a few things I didn't know I needed :)

Planning a curry tonight. Going to creatively use up lots of odds and ends from the fridge and cupboard.

With sides of Bombay potatoes, onion bhajis and nan bread.

Never tackled nan bread before, watch this space...

Strawberry jam made yesterday - I arrived at Sainsburys just as they were marking down loads of strawberries, today’s bread sitting on the boiler to rise
