I baked cinnamon swirls for breakfast. From a tin. They are surprisingly idiot-proof, even when this idiot didn't read the box and put them in the freezer for 2 months when the box clearly says they are not suitable for freezing. I can tell you they are

oh thanks for the offer :-), I have 1 sachet left (sainsbury), I might have a look around elsewhere first, or I might cultivate some (I used to do that when I brewed beer)!

happy to post some if you need it - 500g was the only pack-size I could get and that would last me longer than it keeps, I should think. Having received it, I noticed that the delivery service I'm using (it's one converted from supplying restaurants) had fresh yeast on the list of available products this week. |

Just made pineapple upside down cake. Think my scales are up the spout. Couldn't get it to mix then too much flour. Hope it tastes OK
