Hoping for good news for you, Mac. @Ness Does that mean this feature has always been there and I've just never noticed? Wouldn't be the first time! |

Dunno @Nellers π I bought my Garmin 745 in May 2021 and it was available then. I posted a screenshot of it in my blog..... |

I only get that if I launch into specific strength exercises straight away (Garmin 955). If my session starts with some gentle stretching (as most of them do), the fancy body diagram isn't triggered.

I have always got that when completing strength training through my 245 but the better half doesn't have the strength category so gets nothing.

That's why I've not spotted it, I guess. Watch doesn't have a strength category but I have an IQ app loaded on for my gym stuff and I've noticed recently that it is asking for exercises/sets/reps/weights when I upload anything from it. I'm guessing it might be a recent update to the app which taps into that rather than a new feature, but it is possible I just never noticed before. |

Mine asks to confirm the number of reps and for an input of the weight. It tries to guess the exercise, usually, comically awfully (on my recent chest and back session it thought that incline dumbbell bench press was a squat... ). It's not like there's any missing data as such, you've just not got a pretty picture of stuff you already knew π

Exercises, sets and reps are all a manual input for me, so itβs been pretty accurate.π Iβve no idea how a single wrist-based device would ever accurately identify lifts. The way the algorithm can tell the difference between walking and dropping your phone beats me though! |

Mine is about the same as Gooner's. I always edit after uploading on Fetch.
