I think he posted the running drills video too that now makes up a massive part of my pre-race warm up routine. Ah, back when I was a 55min 10k runner.. seems so long ago now

He's a great coach, sadly I havent been a very good pupil with one illness after another this year (currently out for 3 more weeks after an operation!)... which is a shame as if I had been well enough to do the workouts he sets then I might actually be fit now! But hey ho onwards and upwards.

Oh yes. That was just a spikes injury (he got spiked in a track race). You clearly havent seen the one he is used on here

I'm going to have a proper go at this now. (Well, not "now". Later.) I tried it a while back, couldn't do it, gave up. But will try again with 20 seconds each to start with, and hopefully keep at it till I improve a bit
