Even when actual times are getting slower. However, I'm miles off my WAVA beats of 2013. And that's a log of years! I'll keep chipping away though. G

Velociraptor Jan 2020 10:45am, 4 Jan 2020 44,618 posts	0 Velociraptor Failed to hit 70% at parkrun this morning. Just over 68%, and three minutes slower than my course best. But with a clean getaway at the start and a bit less banter on the way round I could probably improve on that.
