I'm up for this again - aiming for Silver Standard, with my best chances being 5k, 5m and 10k, probably in that order. Anything else will be a bonus

I'm in again for this - hopefully achievable but after the last 2 years I won't take improvement for granted!

Realistically I'm not going to achieve a 70% anytime soon, but I enjoy following all your achievements, and I may make a little, progress this year - who know

I suppose the idea is that despite onslaught of time and increasing age holding or improving WAVA should be realistically achievable. Even when actual times are getting slower.
However, I'm miles off my WAVA beats of 2013. And that's a log of years! I'll keep chipping away though. G

Since I only missed Fetch Silver by 0.3% last year, I'm tempted to give this another go in 2020.

Higher WAVAs definitely easier to achieve the older you get HappyG - one of the benefits of ageing!

Failed to hit 70% at parkrun this morning. Just over 68%, and three minutes slower than my course best. But with a clean getaway at the start and a bit less banter on the way round I could probably improve on that.
