Festive Flier
Thanks Goofee for the round up and recognition.
I finished on Lion 72% wava although my target was 73% I’m not disappointed. I’ve had several low mileage months this year and only just managed my 1000 miles target.
Next year I hope to improve further still and not just because I get older ;-)
Happy new year to you all and see you in 2020.

I'm only just figuring out the fetch things, I'm a 73% wildebeast, happy with that, so for next year the target is a 74, lets see what happens.

Happy New Year to one and all. Here is to everyone having fun chasing their goals next year

Merry Christmas & Happy New G(rrr)
Finished on 71%. Never managed to improve. Got a 73 again at parkrun last week. But never got the other distances. Fair enough. :-)  G

Happy New Year everyone.

Perfect conditions at Worthing parkrun this morning. No wind at all, not even a slight breeze. I got round in 22.38 giving me a WAVA of 73.42%. According to my Garmin, I also ran my fastest ever mile!! Crikey, there's hope for this old codger yet.

I managed 70.1% at parkrun this morning so only two more events to go in the remaining 364 days :)

Great start Jenny. I fear my parkrun time this morning is probably somewhat short of target! :-) G

Just realised it’s a leap year so an extra day to do the other two :)
