Looks to be more quiet storming than noisy struggling happening on here which is great for everyone concerned.

Storming briefly interrupted by a mild bout of Covid, otherwise I'm uneventful :)

I am still progressing (slowly) with my return to jogging and my knee remains happy. My sense of balance had deteriorated over the months when I was unable to either run or do substantial leg strength exercises. I have now cautiously re-introduced barbell squats and deadlift, together with some balance exercises, into my regime.

Slow progress is still progress Canute and I'm pleased it's going well for you.
I've changed the insoles in my running shoes for gel ones. Has it helped? I think it has, together with the strengthening work at the gym. My knee is still troublesome occasionally but less than it was.

You continue to inspire @Canute

I’m managing my Achilles problem. Sometimes I feel it is improving but then I fear it’s not. Trying to do two or three runs per week totalling eight to ten miles

As someone who is just 4 months shy of being 60 I hope I can join you all here to get my mojo back. I am a regular parkrunner and targeting 10K in Feb with a HM in March and June next year.

We'll be pleased to see you @Footpad :-)

I set out this morning planning merely to do two or three miles (I've got an annoying sore throat and blocked sinuses, but I'm struggling to keep up with my 700 mile target for this year).
However, after days of anticyclonic gloom, the clouds suddenly cleared and the sun came out. I decided to carry on, investigating some field footpaths and little snickets and ended up doing just over 5 miles.

It clouded over again when I got home, so I was very pleased to have enjoyed what little respite from the gloom there was today :-)

Lucky enough to be in Tenerife. It's hot and hilly, so I've not managed much running, but getting out for about 5k three times a week, and doing lots of walking.
