Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Actually Greg - I understand your whole thing with pain. I am a very good example of a runner - who could run a lot faster if I embraced pain. I have stopped in soooo many races for a breather - usually with 500m to go - because I don't like being out of my comfort zone. This year I am trying to work on it though...

P.S. Snaps has witnessed me stopping before the finish line of a 5k before! Lazy troll.

Greg, you did well. Keep pushing into that pain. Get used to how it feels, get used to being in that zone then after a while it becomes much less scary. In fact it becomes sort of comforting. :-)

Ah - tempting Gobi - but tomorrow is a day off. Let me know when you are planning on running Bushy again. (But give me more notice! LOL)
