Ok I promise to PUSH myself in the next 5k I run.
**But not RFL on Sunday.
I did feel dizzy when I ran last night - does dizzy count?

No, push yourself at RFL. In my experience it means you might win (unless you're doing one in London or somewhere big, as no doubt you are!)

Go for it! Win it Boo!

Right. My 3 month benchmark for 3 miles is 8:56 pace.
I shall go to Asda, then I shall beat it. If I do it will be thanks to this thread. If I don't, well, we've, as a group, got some work to do.
Laters.

8:34. Thanks, guys. HR didn't go mad, either - 80% WHR average.

Well done Greg. Now do you see what you can do? Imagine what your pace would be at 90%WHR?

Umm. Thanks for the vote of confidence folks, but the there is more chance that Jade Goody will run faster than Gobi one day than me *winning* Croydonshire's RFL! But I will give it a go! Haha.
Funny thing - it's probably the only RFL that has inclines/ups...some will call it 'hills'. Should be fun though.
