12.5 miles this morning. Didn't think too much about it until I realised that the WAVA was one of my best. Only bettered by the few 5k and 10k races that I have done. OK, I have run faster before but at least the WAVA does account for being a few years' older.

Well done Phil. When you get into your 60s and 70s, you'll find the benefit of WAVA tables even more - it's a nice compensation for getting older! In fact my best times were when I was in my 40s.

Well done Phil. Always good to get a surprisingly good result. Geordie girl, have you arrived safe and sound down under?

I'm a bit behind with my uploads, but should have ticked off 100 miles for the year so far. I got out for a nice easy effort 5 miles this morning before work. It's great to start seeing daylight on my runs and it wasn't too cold or windy today.
I'm also doing Project Joker to add a bit of variety to my runs, but still struggling to find any pace!

I’m in Hong Kong at the moment not managed a run so far as we’ve been out and about with friends every day. Tomorrow we’re on our own so hope to get a run in before (while OH packs) then we’ll head out for a few hours then flight to Sydney. What a start to our trip!!!

Got my harbour view run in this morning loved it. Very warm the cloud is the last couple of days has lifted. Last day mooching it’s 3pm already at almost 20000 steps think we’ll sleep on the plane tonight.

Looks good GG!
Am on a mini running rest again. My hip is uncomfortable/niggly so seeing if I can settle it. Got an appointment with my physio on Thursday - not that I’m expecting her to have any solutions, we can maybe figure something out.
I’m planning on doing parkrun on Saturday though.
[you realise you’ve been to the physio far too much when the receptionist didn’t ask my name and just entered me on the system 😂 - I was last there in about November]

1st run in Sydney today around the lake and mangroves near my cousins apartment. I saw 2 pelicans one flew across in front of me! A few other birds and a hare - my goodness it was huge. I did get smoked in a downpour but warm rain I’m good with. 4m done and I have another route for tomorrow.
