I'm 50 miles down at the moment but I'm starting to crack of the 40-45 mile weeks which I'm hoping to increase to 50ish miles a week as the year progresses.

I'm over 180 miles up at the moment and will continue to be well ahead of schedule until London. I expect to fall back significantly afterwards as I give my body a rest.

I had a poor week last week due to illness, but I'm back "on-it" now and still about 150miles up. Like postie, the test will come once I've done my marathon (GMM) in April.

Like a lot of others I'm suffering a little with the lingering lurgie that has bothered so many this winter. About 35 behind I think but nothing to be concerned about. I missed out on a few miles by not completing Arc of Attrition at the start of the month but my body is ready to prepare for SDW50 once I can kick the bug.

Marvelous March everyone :-)

Yep, hope everyone gets all the miles they want in March! I'm still trying to shoe-horn them in wherever is possible. Will be running to and from the club run this evening to get a longer run in. I have a race on Sunday which means the mileage will be less at the weekend. Still haven't found a routine that works for me as I don't do getting up really early or doubling up (although occasionally that has happened)

Good week this week, 6 miles on Momday to Wednesday and 12 yesterday. First time in a while my LSR on Sunday doesn't have to get me up to my weekly minimum!

Got a small buffer of around 10 miles, was a bit higher but having an easier week this week. Going ok so far, not sure what will happen when on holiday, hopefully will have a bigger buffer by then.

slipping behind due to work, house move & a few niggles but hopefully 8 marathons in May will bring me back on track, just trying to drag myself to 100 miles for the month at present hard work with 9 days marathon race directing & not a single marathon to run myself !!

About 185 up, but as marathon training is essentially complete I'll fall back towards break even mileage over the next 10 weeks or so. Will pull away again once I decide on my autumn plans.
