Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

how's everyone getting on? I see 25 people are above target so far. I'm one of them, just but I'm having to plan out when I can fit the miles in.

I'm 31.8 miles up as of this afternoon, as long as I stick to the P&D 55 - 70 mpw plan for London, I'll be well up come late April

I'm next behind postie boy, but 9 miles further behind.... got the second of a double to do tonight. Whether to do a speed session with the club or their easy road sesh. Decisions, decisions.

When was your last hard session? If it's been over 5 days I say speed session!

Speed session 500 * 3 / 300 * 4 / then relays with a partner 4 * 162, Ouch. Pleasingly Garmin tells me each run was faster than the last until 162s which were mainly uphill

Nice! Suggest you set your yearly target to 2000 miles then you will appear on the list here http://www.fetcheveryone.com/training-mileagetargets-filtered.php?category=RUN&mileage=2000 and we can see how you are doing.
