I'm over 200miles up on target, and should be well over 40% of the way there by the end of Manchester marathon. The extra miles compared to previous years are still helping me feel more confident of hitting my target time.

And confident you should be Nelly. My extra miles are feeding into my confidence too, my heart rate stats are improving too, I'm not in pb form, but for the marathon I don't need to be as experience and common sense on the day will also play big parts.

I'm on 442...but haven't located the "target" button so that I get my mileage on the table! What do I do?!

Press 'train' a couple of times and the mileage target page comes up.

thanks folks! But..being a bit thick (!) I have entered 2,000 on the target for running -next to bike and swim...but then what should I do? I have pressed "enter", left it alone and sworn. Could've run ten miles in the time I've been a fool here!

I'm obviously a loser! I have put in the target ie 2,000....and I remain an outsider!
