Hope the dogs are recuperating well, Doc. Stretched, rolled, not too grumpy at the moment. Chicken for tea, we had Posh Fish Tuesday yesterday with crab and shrimp pasta, which was nice.
Gobi Sep 2017 12:48pm, 27 Sep 2017 61,617 posts	0 Gobi I did nearly 12 kms this morning on the treadmill and my fenix surpassed itself. At peak I was running about 7.30 pace and it steadfastly told me I was running 11.30 all the time Oh well :¬)
