Hi Garfield, sorry you couldn't run :-(

We were only a very short walk from Alexanderplatz, perfect for the start :-)

Short run done this evening, first for 9 days. Legs very stiff so ended up doing a run/walk in the end to try and loosen them up.

We visited the Stasi museum on a Berlin trip, it was was sobering to see what had gone on during the Cold War. Great coffee in Berlin but a shortage of supermarkets with sufficient ingredients for cooking. Apart from sausages (obviously).

Hello from lovely England. I is back and caught up with everything I hope.

Hoping that Jabber is recovering and resting well. I trust the grumpiness is not too bad.

Two dogs from the vets. House must have felt very empty Doc.

I have a stinky cold that sort of developed last Saturday. I didn't wear my HR strap during the marathon but I would have liked to have seen if it had any effect of my performance.

My favourite big city marathon is still Barcelona.

My fone is coming sometime soon. I will survive.

Morning gang.
I spent last night in hospital after having a seizure after getting out of the bath. Had a fantastic light show in my head as part of it.
1st one ever so stilll enjoying new experiences at 50. Big shout out to the NHS staff, flipping brilliant:)
