Well done Gobi and Doc on your respective races (and well done for the 2nd place Gobi)!
Good long-running Richard and Jono (hope your toe is feeling better now Richard).
I sympathise with your eldest Doc - I still can't cut bread straight.
Swansea 10K done - was quite rainy for the first half, as it's a flatter course than Cardiff a few weeks back I'd hoped to go a bit quicker, but despite feeling good all race lost speed in the second half. Not unhappy with my time though, and Mr J ran his second sub-60 minute 10K

Gluten Morethan as they say here.
I miss you all immensely as I still have no fone. Blasted infuriating.
Anyhoo I have a stinking cold which started on the Saturday watching fat men on roller blades.
My time was as expected given training budget of 4:28 something. I did thoroughly enjoy the race though. Bank of China building is most impressive.
Wish you were all here.

Excellent weekend running, 1500ers, well done all! Nice Teutonic punning there, DocM.
Resting today, hoping the heel thing will clear up soon.

cycled 14 miles this morning on Thunderchild - my Fetch sponsored bike - there's a cheese cake van on site, I am tempted as I consider myself something of a qualified expert (I studied in NY City - passed with honours)

Fizz :-)
We were about 100m away from the AlexanderPlatz protests last night, but we didn't see them. I thought I could maybe hear them.
From a tourist viewpoint, Berlin today is much the same as yesterday, only wetter!
