Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs)
Here is the thread you have been eagerly awaiting! We accept all contributors to the thread, everyone is welcome here, achieving 1500 miles in the year is by no means necessary, joining in the banter is what it's all about.
Join the new group, the link will be appearing over on the right hand side, it is necessary to set your target mileage to 1500 miles to appear on the monthly hit list
Let us know your target races and goals, these will appear on the right and we will all cheer you on.
We also need volunteers for the monthly report, pop your name down or fmail us and we put your name on the list, so far we have:
January - Jigs February - Mrs Jigs
Best wishes
Team Jigs

Jono.
hooraahhh for new thread & new year
put me down for July's round up Mrs Jiggs - thank you for taking on the leadership role.
As already promulgated - my 1500 miles for 2017 will be done on a bike - I reckon I can run 312 miles in 2017 and that shall be my target, we'll see how it goes.

I would like to do the report in November please
I would like to try and engage a little more next year, I think I have finally mentally accepted where my running is: (maybe)
Races
Stubbington 10km 15th Jan - pace making around 36.50 Wokingham half 12th Feb - pace making around 1.21 Eastleigh 10km 19th Mar - pace making around 36.30 Burnham Beeches half 13th August - pace making around 1.23
I'm helping a 2.54 marathon runner chase some targets before London and Burnham is for another person I coach
If all goes to plan I may well do the Yateley 10km series again for myself. (probably the only things I run for myself)
I'm returning properly to duathlon next year so will need to do some speedwork.
