Happens here too. Also on FB/WhatsApp

Today's 6.2 up and down our hill in intermittent blizzard conditions takes me to 10.2 (1%).

I did MAV shuttles today. I opted for the treadmill as I know that way I will have to hit the required pace (or fall off the back of the machine). Lovely to see the sunshine after yesterday’s gloom - so may go out for a walk later.

Some great totals already. Good luck this year Lorraine. A 51 min Garmin coach session for me today. Above the line so far 😂

Lots of good starts to the year, well done everyone. I started the year with good intentions but I haven't put those intentions into practise yet. Last night I checked today's weather and despite the frost and cold intended to go out this morning but when I woke up I really didn't fancy going out in those conditions afterall.

Well done folks. Good to see you back Lorraine.

I have yet to get off the line, not been feeling great since Tuesday and we also have snow. Think I will try and outing on Saturday, I do suspect parkrun will be cancelled as there is an ice warning too.

It's only the 2nd so plenty time to catch up.
