I think the league table updates every hour. I can't remember how to set my target but I'll have a look tomorrow when I'm back at work on my laptop.

Just under 5 miles for me today

A late outing for a change, don't usually run/ walk in the evening! Unfortunately my chest was sore-- something that I've experienced now and again since long COVID thing. Did three miles with a companion who has targeted 1000 too 🤣!!.
Well done all the starters this NYD.

Muddy parkrun but great to be there.

Mrs Donnie still keen on swimming, pool and gym was open 11am to 3pm today, so went with her, 5km on the treadmill.

Happy to keep a running total on here so,

Ytd: 6.2

Donnie 1, I'm glad that you enjoyed your muddy parkrun. Well done for your 5k on the dreadmill. As I've said many times, I just can't get on with them.

It was very cold this morning, so I cut my road run short, just 2.76 miles.

I have a dental appointment this afternoon.

Catch ups done glad a few of you managed a parkrun yesterday.

Well done on the 2024 miles everyone and welcome back MrsB and welcome new 1000’ers.

We have a lovely day here, I’ll run a bit later. Not back to work until Monday so we’ll de-Christmas today and return to normal life. I am all socialised out and ready to get some routine back.

Wonderful sunshine and heavy white frost this morning. Went out later than usual again instead of 6. 30 am ish! Nice doing 6.5 miles in the sun and my furthest since August last year--albeit run/ walk which I'm stuck with!

So the above is an erroneous post! You can guess whose it is supposed to be! This is the sort of error that happens when two people in the same household are on Fetch and leave devices open to use! 🤣
