Good news Steve.

A long time ago I used to work for the Home Office as an HGV driver and I used to go over to the Isle of Wight weekly to deliver to the 3 prisons. I used to love this run. Definitely not flat FF.

That's good news Steve. Hope it all goes well.

Oh no HS, rest up and hopefully you are fine for Sunday.

FF just isn't used to hills 😉. Walking about is still good for you though.

Well done LL, nice run there.

That's great Pix, you are way ahead of me.

10.5 slow miles for me this morning. It was still pretty windy but the storm wasn't as bad it was supposed to be I don't think. River was very high though, we definitely had lots of rain.

Now time to get everything sorted for going away on Saturday. Hoping we get decent weather.

Thank LL, will do. Well done for your 5k.

That's excellent news Steve. I hope everything gets sorted out.

That's interesting Jaks. One of my uncles was a warder in Camp Hill prison. I don't think that it is there any longer.

Thanks Lesley. I think it took a while the last time I had the two jabs together, before I felt 100% again. They did warn me that I might have headache and flu symptoms.

Well done for the 10.5 miles this morning, and I hope that you have a lovely time away, with good weather.

Well done for your 100 miles this month.

Great news Steve.
I bet that job was interesting Jaks.
Very definitely not used to hills Lesley 😂😂 Congratulations on your 100 mile month too.

I hope you're taking paracetamol hillstrider and make a rapid recovery.

Gentle strolling around today.

They did reccomend paracetamol FF, but I haven't taken any yet. If I still feel off colour tomorrow, I will do.
I know it's not your scene, but you could do a parkrun on Saturday if you are still on the Island.

That’s a relief Steve fingers crossed you get some answers.

Yeah for the 1000 Pix - you’ve got this.

FF hills are mounds of opportunity hope they come up trumps enjoy your weekend

Brilliant running Lesley. And hs rest and see what Sunday brings as you experienced fetchies tell me it won’t impact the training you’ve done.

Feeling very sad that our beautiful sycamore tree at sycamore gap has gone thanks to some mindless vandalism - it’s wrong to a degree but I hope the little scumbag(s) run out of oxygen.
