Nice session hope it’s sunny for you. Rather warm here I’m out with my friend tonight.

I did the June virtual mile this morning. A little slower than last month but quite pleased because it's a warm muggy day here.

Well done FF, it's tough running hard this weather.

I won't run again until Sunday, when I'm running the Exbury Gardens 10k. Last year I ran it in 57.52, a WAVA of 69.39%. This year, I doubt if I will get under the hour.

Well done FF I think with heat/humidity that we’re not used to a bit slower is to be expected.

Well done on the solo 5k hs, hope you’ve had a good pub lunch.

I am on a rest day but after losing a spreadsheet I updated for 6hrs yesterday a run could have been beneficial 😩

Had a lovely bimble with my friend last tonight and we’re off adventuring tomorrow for her birthday before going out for food and celebration drinks.
