Great parkrunning esp in the heat hs.

I did 6 this morning running errands in town. Sun was hiding behind clouds but it’s breaking through now.

That’s a great parkrun HS I was 30:49 a bit over my ideal but about where I am at the moment and almost 3 mins quicker than last week. Great miles GG. I really need to start running more distance but might do some more bike while it’s very warm.

Happy running/ walking folks.

That’s an excellent VO2 hs! Mine is 42 which garmin says is superior, I had it at 43 last year when I was being coached I keep saying I’m going to start the training plan again but never get round to it I might sign back up with Sophie as I was 100% committed when I was.

Rest day today we’ll be heading home this afternoon.

Thanks LL. Well done for being 3 minutes quicker than last weeks parkrun.

Thanks GG. Your Vo2 max is also superior, and probably states the fitness of a 20 year old 😳

Today is another very hot one, and I ran an easy pace 11k (6.84 miles) in the forest.

Hello all, rest day today after an enjoyable run yesterday. A little outing of 20 miles to New York and back. It only took me 3.05 :-)
