Makes a run slow but a lot of fun.

Some from last night - run until your find:

Water
A horse
A swing
Traffic cones

Heck, weapon handling training! Not the kind of training our local schools get involved with!!
Sounds like an arduous day ahead Mrsb, the Endure24 might well have been easier on the brain then!
Good running Lesley but a nuisance now to get a UTI. Hope the meds clear it up fast.
I'm sure you don't need Garmin to tell you you're in optimum condition has, if it said anything else I'd throw the thing away!! A 5k hilly recovery sounds a bit maybe"not so recovery" though I'm sure you didn't push it on the hills.
Hope your Mam is ok after her tumble gg. Good fun running done there.
No running. Again. One stride hurts. Walked a couple of miles with my wife on what was a very chilly morning with the wind. Her runs of course continue!

Just seen those pics gg. Looks like great times and plenty of smiles. I note you have a swing, my wife does the same at the end of some of her runs. Don't think I'd get away with doing it πŸ€”πŸ˜‚

My run this morning was not quite the fun GG had, I did the 321 interval session I've done before. 8 miles in total and the reps all below 7mm pace.

Roundabout next time too gg?! Circuit playing!!
Zippy efforts FF, your improvement continues, good prep for upcoming park run?.
Friday Farmer's Walk keeps the fitness where you want it to be hs.
No running ; missing this glorious early morning sunshine is the pits. Wife did 9 miles after her intervals yesterday (like yours hs, 5x half mile) which made me a bit jealous.
The knee pain hasn't improved one jot...yet. I know that one morning I'll wake to a fully functioning knee so am being patient.

I like a tempo or interval session now and again Steve but I could really do with some hill training as I have a 6 mile race coming up that is rather lumpy.
